2-week initial Fat Loss Course (4 sessions per week, £150)
There are thousands of books and systems out there that will offer a complete body transformation or abs that you can iron your shirts on in just two weeks. Well let us tell you…..most of these are complete rubbish. The 2-week initial fat loss course is the precursor to our 8-week body transformation package. We won’t promise you a new body in just two weeks, however if you follow our programme, what we can promise you is a decrease in body fat and weight and results which you would have thought impossible in just two weeks.
By choosing to undertake a 2-week course with one of our conditioning coaches, you will perform individualised training sessions (4 times per week), receive meal plans and food tables which will enable you to choose the foods you eat, and a recommended fat loss supplementation plan.
Spaces on this programme will be limited to 10 people per course and offered on a first come, first served basis.
8-week Body Transformation Course (4 sessions per week, £480)
While the 2-week Fat Loss course will set the ball rolling, if it is a new body you desire, then the 8-week body transformation package is for you. This package expands on the 2-week programme by offering on-going personal conditioning and nutrition consultations suited to your body’s needs. As the course progresses, the workouts will change and so too might some of the nutritional supplements as your body changes. There will be regular testing sessions to keep you motivated and so that you can see the progress you are making.
Spaces on this programme will be limited to 10 people per course and offered on a first come, first served basis. You must have completed the initial 2-Week Fat Loss Course before enrolling on this course.
